Supa sized 3 bedroom 2 bath

Crap, rude manager Positive: Spacious Negative: There was no milk when we first got there, the iron stained my dress because it was so old and crappy. There was bare minimum toilet paper and when I rang the manager to ask about it after a brief conversation he laughed at me and told me I was on my own and hung up on me. WTF?? Then when my daughter unfortunately locked herself out, he proceeded to complain to her about me. Also bragged to her he owns 50 AirBnBs ergo he doesn’t really care about his customers. So incredibly unprofessional. Also, we only got one set of keys, so the logistics of that between four people coming and going and needing the keys to gain access to our floor was exhausting and opened us up to making a mistake, of which the manager profits very nicely by charging $70 to let us back in. Feels like a nice little extra for the manager to make on the side by only providing one key. I wonder how many other times he has made $70 from his side hustle.

Location was awesome for our holiday. Positive: The unit was a great size and clean. It was a great location. It had almost everything we needed. The lack of road and outside noise was awesome. The view of the pool and river was calming. The beds were comfortable. Having a car space was very convenient. Negative: The lack of aircon in the rooms made the nights a bit hot and uncomfortable. We had to leave the main AC on to cool the rooms. The lack of not having 4 single beds for our children also made the stay uncomfortable. The extra single bed I asked for would have been excellent.
